Constructed using a strong but light-weight composite with select Russian Birch playing surfaces Unique octagonal-shaped playing surfaces measuring 7”and 8.5”in diameter produce distinctive sound characteristics Designed as a hybrid between a cajon and traditional bongos The Octa Bongos are playable on both sides, with the lighter-colored surfaces bringing out higher notes and the darker surfaces playing lower tones Special construction design utilises Velcro to connect both sides of the Octa Bongos together, allowing players to get creative and adjust the drums to match their preferred sound combinations Hand-made and individually-tested to ensure superior sound quality
